Hayley Adamski,
Strategic Business Advisor
Hayley Adamski is a strategic business advisor to female founders, executives, and leaders, bringing more than 20 years of experience across business growth, executive leadership, entrepreneurship, organizational strategy, and coaching. She is an ICF-certified coach, a graduate of the Co-Active Training Institute’s executive coaching program, holds a master’s degree in nonprofit management, and is the co-founder of Wandering Wild and the School of Ethical Impact.
Over the course of her career, she has coached and advised more than 1,500 leaders, supporting people from middle management through the executive suite. Her experience includes leaders and teams connected to Amazon, Pinterest, Walmart, Vrbo, Expedia, Dell, Nordstrom, Genentech, Cloudflare, Planview, Seattle Children’s, investment firms, high-growth small businesses, and mission-driven organizations.
Hayley’s work extends far beyond traditional coaching. She has helped founders scale businesses, strengthen teams, sharpen positioning, build marketing and sales pipelines, develop leadership programs, and navigate complex stages of growth. She has also served in nonprofit executive leadership across fundraising, finance, operations, board development, policy, and organizational strategy, giving her a rare ability to see business through both a commercial and mission-driven lens.
Her work is grounded in Root to Thrive, her belief that women should not have to choose between building an extraordinary career and living a deeply nourishing life. Shaped in part by her own experience with burnout and chronic illness, Hayley rejects the idea that ambition must come at the expense of health, relationships, spaciousness, or self-trust. She believes women can make exceptional money, lead at a high level, build meaningful companies, and still create lives that feel good to live.
Today, Hayley brings the culmination of her experience to female founders, executives, and leaders at an inflection point — when the business is growing, the decisions are getting bigger, and the way they have been working no longer fits where they are going. More than a short-term coach, she serves as a long-term strategic partner in their corner through growth, pivots, hard seasons, and everything in between, helping them get clear on what they want, make sharper decisions, and build an extraordinary business and life that can actually hold the success they are creating.
