What is Leadership Coaching?
Leadership coaching is not about where you are at on the organizational chart, it is about how you are showing up in your life including your career.
By utilizing my Root to Thrive™ framework to take a deeper look at what makes you tick, understanding and setting your vision, crafting empowering goals, and by identifying your underlying beliefs, fears, core values, you will build the critical foundation for your own success + fulfillment in your life and career.
And, with the support of an experienced leader in the workplace, I also offer tips, tricks and tools for effectively managing teams, how to have hard conversations, managing up, successful career management, learning effective communication skills and setting boundaries and goals that work with you not against you.
Effective leadership requires a keen sense of self-awareness, empathy, humility and the audacity to never stop learning because impactful servant-based leadership starts within.
Who Is Leadership Coaching For?
A Senior Leader navigating how to be more effective in their communication with various stakeholders + teams, trying to determine what the next best career step is, and/or trying to overcome burnout and decision fatigue.
A Nonprofit Executive Director who isn’t sure how to effectively manage their team and board, is feeling burnt out and overwhelmed, and/or needs clear guidance on how to step into their leadership role effectively and authentically.
An Entrepreneur/Founder who is overwhelmed and exhausted from wearing so many hats nonstop and is ready to walk away from the business, is frustrated with not being able to do the part of the work that they once loved because they are busy ‘running’ the business, and/or feels unsupported and doesn’t know where to turn to get the support they are desperate for as a business owner.
